Enjoy free hot dogs and drinks courtesy of the Lions Club at the Village Green and then hit the stores downtown for Business Trick or Treat followed by the Halloween parade from Fowler Park through downtown. Head out to your neighborhood after for residential trick or treat from 6-8pm
